Account Executive/Business Development - Latin America (Miami, FL)

You’re a hunter and you have a natural talent for developing relationships. You are eager to use your experience in the Fintech, payments and fraud space to propel an innovator in machine learning fraud prevention and protect consumers everywhere. You have in-depth experience in risk management, payments, big data, predictive analytics and SaaS markets. You have the know-how to implement a strategy to retain customers by keeping our customers happy and to grow revenue by winning new business in Latin America.

You will lead the creation, development and expansion of revenue-producing activities within the client. You will be responsible for developing buyer and senior level relationships, identifying new direct and channel business opportunities and protecting and growing the overall book of business. This is a quota-carrying, revenue generating role.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive strategic sales and business development plan in Latin America to serve as a road map for Feedzai’s products and services.
  • Achieve client-specific revenue and growth targets. Execute on sales and partner activities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets within strategic and associated accounts.
  • Own the Feedzai relationship with the client and partners defining objectives, opportunities, power map strategies, concerns and barriers. Responsible for originating, managing and building strong personal relationships with key client executives, line of business decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with new prospective clients.
  • Partner with Global Systems Integrators to create and expand Feedzai’s relationships with Issuing Banks, Acquiring Banks, and Merchants
  • Leverage your relationship skills and industry knowledge to constantly strategize and execute on how Feedzai can grow its partner base
  • Maintain and update the revenue pipeline data in Salesforce CRM, providing regular forecasts to the team
  • Take the initiative in enabling our Product and Marketing teams to maintain client satisfaction, and help shape Feedzai’s strategy
  • Be able to demo our products from a position of deep industry knowledge and have your finger on the pulse of this exciting market.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of key account sales experience selling fraud prevention solutions into Latin America Issuers and Acquirers or
  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Integrator Business Development
  • An impressive track record of expanding your company’s client base using your existing, and establishing new, business relationships
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate Feedzai’s products as well as to interact with engineers, operational teams and executives through a variety of channels
  • An in-depth knowledge of what our enterprise customers need and how Feedzai’s products can best be deployed through a consultative approach
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services, fraud and payments industries and product-specific businesses in the region
  • Adept with financial and operational analysis and business case development
  • Talented negotiator who is a pro at complex sales – a Hunter
  • Eager, ambitious, energetic, dedicated, and a solid work ethic
  • Ability to understand customer use cases and feedback. Ability to integrate product requirements to effectively support the Product Management and Sales Team efforts
  • A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, setting your own demanding expectations, inspiring and supporting your teammates and exceeding those expectations
  • An impressive track record of developing revenue within an account
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Must be able to travel frequently across territories to be determined.
